A simply gorgeous Estate ring set in solid Platinum and featuring a stunning Unheated lemon yellow Sapphire from Sri Lanka weighing an absolutely impressive 4.81ct. The beautifully made Estate ring contains an array of clean and white diamonds of excellent quality totalling 1.22ct. The central yellow Sapphire is simply gorgeous - a medium ‘lemon’ hue of yellow which at its best, like this example, shows extreme fire and vibrancy. The first pics have been taken in daylight, and the last two in sunny conditions. The gem will appear a stronger yellow as the sunlight becomes brighter. All hues are gorgeous! Note that yellow sapphire is one of the most difficult of all gems to photograph, and this one was no exception. Our photos absolutely do not do justice to this marvellous gem. The stone is eye clean, and virtually loupe clean as well - wonderful clarity in an unheated sapphire. Such extremely good clarity in such an unheated yellow sapphire is absolutely rare and absolutely to be collected. Lustre and brilliancy are excellent - the stone is positively 'alive' and is extremely vibrant indeed. The diamonds are WHITE and not yellowish as in some pics. No treatment. We will supply certification from a small but respected laboratory in Bangkok. . We will consider a very near offer only, as this ring already represents exceptional value. Size 6 approx. Needless to say the ring makes a stunning statement when worn and is absolutely certain to appreciate in value as time goes by.
