About the Item
This ring is built around a ruby that was never cut to obey. It holds its original hexagonal shape, its lines, cracks, and mineral memory intact. Sourced in Thailand and weighing 7.10 carats, the crystal was set as it is - raw, alive, and fully visible.
The gold setting was hand-carved in wax, made to follow the stone instead of forcing it. Once cast in 14K yellow gold, the metal locked around the ruby like roots grown over time - textured, fractured, unapologetic.
