Ring size UK K 1/2, US 5 3/8, inside diameter 1.7 cm / .67 inch. Measuring 1.9 cm / .74 inch by 1.9 cm / .74 inch, and the setting depth is 1.1 cm / .43 inch. There is scratching as expected.
This classic sparkling 1950s cocktail ring would make a fabulous evening or special occasion piece. A rare find.
