About the Item
Offered by Claris-A, this remarkable Colombian emerald and diamond cocktail ring centers on a 3.01-carat oval emerald of outstanding quality, certified by GRS as natural with Insignificant clarity enhancement—an extremely rare designation in emeralds. Even minor enhancement is considered rare and sought after; to find a stone with such minimal treatment, especially when paired with vivid saturation and very good clarity, is exceptional. Described in the certificate as Vivid Green, the color of this emerald may well be the finest Colombian green I’ve ever had in hand—glowing, richly saturated, and unmistakably Muzo in character.
Framing the center stone are round Colombian emeralds totaling 1.73 carats. Sourcing small rounds with uniform color and a perfect match to a center stone of this caliber is a true challenge, particularly in Colombian material. Enhancing the composition are four pear-shaped diamonds totaling 1.28 carats and additional round brilliant diamonds totaling 1.38 carats, offering a crisp contrast and refined brilliance.
Crafted in 18k white gold, the ring blends intricate micro-setting techniques with an aesthetic that feels both contemporary and opulent—evocative of 1001 Nights. The bold, floral-inspired silhouette is executed with precision, from the scalloped diamond outline to the harmonious arrangement of each gemstone.
