About the Item
Jade and diamond ring. Set to centre with a natural rectangular cabochon curved natural unenhanced jade in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 5.10 carats, flanked to top and bottom with six vertically set rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back half rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.30 carats, further set with a border of thirty six round old single cut diamonds in open back grain and claw settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.30 carats, to an openwork fancy cluster with curving bezels and an ornate scrolling pierced gallery extending down the split ridged shoulders, tapering to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1950, accompanied by a Gemmological Certification Services report #79233-53.
