About the Item
Natan colorless diamond and fancy black diamond geometric articulated band ring in 18 karat white and blackened gold, 2000s. This ring is designed as a sequence of 18 rectangular sections seamlessly articulated, one in polished white gold signed “NATAN” on the outside, the remaining set with round brilliant-cut colorless or fancy black diamonds in an alternating pattern organized in pairs. To accent this zebra-like pattern, the black diamonds are set into black rhodium-plated white gold.
Diamonds: 144 stones; round brilliant-cut; estimated 0.72 carats in total. Black Diamonds: 128 stones; round brilliant-cut; 0.64 carats in total. Signed “NATAN”; marked “750” for 18kt gold; Lisbon (Portuguese) import marks for 18kt gold. Finger size: 65 (EU) or 66 (EU) leading edge, but it can potentially be reduced by removing sections. Gross weight: 16.28g.
Founded in 1956 by Natan Kimelblat, Natan Joias is a prestigious Brazilian fine jeweler who quickly gained worldwide popularity for their highly creative jewelry collections. Natan closed operations in 2014, which is creating an increasing interest for their fashionable and highly collectible jewels.
