About the Item
An antique style platinum ring centered around a cornflower blue, Ceylon sapphire. The sapphire is certified by Gem Research Swiss Lab with certificate number GRS2004-031142 as being natural sapphire, weighing 9.03ct, Sri Lanka in origin, with no evidence of thermal treatment. A copy of the certificate is shown as the last photo in this listing. The shoulders of this stunning ring are set with princess cut, and pear-shaped diamonds. The north and south gallery of the ring is pave' set with round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds weigh a total of 1.97ct and are of G/H color and VS2/SI1 clarity. The ring itself features intricate milgraining and engraving. The adjustable sizing spring inside the ring is stamped PT900 (for platinum), 1.97 (for the total diamond weight), and 9.03 (for the weight of the sapphire). This gorgeous ring is currently a size 6 and can be resized. Please note that sizing of the ring may result in a small interruption of the engraving at the base. Gross weight 15.5 grams.
