About the Item
Electronically tested 14k rose gold custom cast purple star sapphire and diamond ring. The featured purple star sapphire is set within a diamond bezel, supported by diamond set shoulders and completed by a three and one-half millimeter wide band. Bright and patterned finish with milgrain detailing throughout. Condition is new, very good workmanship.
One prong set oval cabochon cut natural purple star sapphire, measuring 14.65 x 12.05 x 7.50mm, approximate weight of 14.30 carat, clarity is heavily included, medium, very slightly grayish, purple color, (GIA P 5/3), cut is good. This stone has a mostly complete six ray star with medium intensity and very good movement. Transmitting light somewhat diffusely, transparent to translucent. Naturally occurring internal and external characteristics are present. No indication of heating. Graded in the setting.
Thirty-four bead and bezel set single cut diamonds, measuring 1.50 - 1.10 x 0.78mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 34 stones 0.33 carat. Graded in the setting.
