About the Item
A highly unique Art Deco inspired sapphire and diamond cocktail ring set in 18 karat rose gold.
This ring is estimated to be made in the 1940's and is designed with a central plaque of 12 invisibly-set calibre-cut sapphires. These sapphires have a gorgeous cornflower blue colour to them and the colour is enhanced by 6 rubover set diamonds. What makes this design so interesting is the scrolled trumpeting shoulders which are both grain set with four diamonds of graduating size.
The beauty of this piece is purely in the uniqueness of the design. It is such a one-of-a-kind ring that you can guarantee no one else will have anything similar.
The ring can be sized to fit you perfectly - it is currently a US size 5 3/4; UK size L.
Total sapphires approximately 1.20ct, total diamonds approximately 0.24ct in total, estimated G/H colour, SI clarity.
