About the Item
This vintage silver ring features a pale lavender amethyst set in an elevated, openwork bezel. The stone is round with a high, multi-faceted crown that reflects light through its soft violet tone. The setting is constructed as a geometric cage, composed of vertical and horizontal bars that frame the amethyst while keeping it visually light. The double shank is formed by two parallel bands that meet beneath the bezel, giving the ring a balanced, architectural structure.
The design feels sculptural and deliberate. Its interplay of cool silver and luminous amethyst creates a crisp, modern presence, giving the ring a calm yet striking character with clear mid-century influences.
