An enameled ring designed for Spritzer Fuhrmann. This is an amazing colorful cocktail ring created for the jewelers and retailers of Spritzer Fuhrmann, back in the late 1960. The ring has been masterfully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and embellished with applications of green and blue hard glass enamels. Weight: 16.2 Grams, (10.40 Dwt). Size: Actually is 6 and may be resized up or down on special request. Measurements: 25.5 mm by 19 mm, (1.03 x 0.75 Inches) and raise 11 mm over the finger. Hallmarks Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark S+F for the jewelry retailer associated to Spritzer Fuhrmann, the mark for the assay and warranty of the .750/.999 gold and signed as follows, "S+F 18KT". Spritzer Fuhrmann This was a New York-based jewelry firm that operated from 1941 to 1955. The company was founded by Paul Spritzer and Paul Fuhrmann, who were both experienced jewelers. Their jewelry was known for its use of colorful and exotic gemstones, as well as its intricate designs. Today, Spritzer Fuhrmann jewelry is highly collectible and sought after by vintage jewelry enthusiasts. The Spritzer Fuhrmann group was a household name in the last century, not only in the Antilles, but also in many other countries. At the height of their existence, the company employed 32 businesses and more than 500 people. In addition to the extensive jewelry and watch collection, she was also known for the beautiful collection of crystal and porcelain from the best European brands, such as: Daum, Lalique, Orrefors and Wedgewood. The bold ring is a real statement, crafted with the iconic scrolls and chained patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. This ring is embellished with one Colombian vivid green emerald and have a gorgeous eye appeal that will stand out in your hands. Emerald: Mounted on top in a four-prongs setting, with 1 rectangular emerald cut (9 x 7 x 5 mm) of a Colombian vivid green emerald with a weight of about 2.27 carats. Birthstone: Emerald for the month of May. Weight: 19.85 Grams, (12.75 Dwt). Size: 7 and may be resized up or down on special request. Measurements: 23 mm by 8 mm (1.02 x 1.10 Inches) an raise 8 mm over the finger. On July 28, 1948, he founded David Webb, the company, which opened at 2 West 46th Street. Among his clients were Elizabeth Taylor, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Barbara Streisand and Beyoncé have also worn his jewelry. Born in Asheville, North Carolina in 1925, Webb was a self-taught designer whose work included dragon bracelets, Maltese cross brooches and animal motifs.
