About the Item
This is a traditional, nicely balanced 14 karat white gold diamond engagement ring from the 1980's or 1990's. Now relieved of its diamonds, we decided to set it with colored gemstones and the result is a one-of-kind gobsmacker.
For the side stones, we went with very clean labradorite (aka andesine or sunstone; both terms are catchalls for rarer varieties of feldspar), in an ethereal shade of seafoam green.
The center stone is a baby Swiss blue topaz in a classic near-square emerald cut.
All three stones were cut specifically for this ring by Thierno Barry (who sourced the sunstone for us) of Australia.
Currently a size 5, resizing is complimentary for full-price buyers and otherwise negotiable.
