This is an absolutely magnificent antique Victorian Belle Epoque 5.25 Carat Citrine Ring in a 10 Karat Gold setting of great beauty. The magnificent statement ring is one of the most beautiful early antique citrine rings we have seen. The oval faceted Citrine is a fine gem quality Citrine. The citrine is 5.25 Carats in size and is of exquisite color. The citrine is 15mm by 11mm by 6mm. The cut of the citrine is magnificent and shows off the color of the gem to great effect. The citrine is set in a scalloped collet in gold. The side shanks of the ring have beautiful gold adornment and engraving that is just exquisite.
The ring is a spectacular jewel from the Victorian - Belle Epoque period and dates to circa 1850-1880. The Citrine is the most gorgeous color, cut and clarity. The design of the jewel is absolutely classic and timeless. The ring is a perfect piece of wearable art.
The top of the ring is 15mm by 11mm and it sits 7mm above the finger.
The ring is currently a size 9.75-10 US and can be easily resized if desired.
