About the Item
An impressive vintage 3.77 carat amethyst and 9 karat yellow gold cocktail ring; part of our diverse amethyst jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This fine and impressive vintage amethyst ring has been crafted in 9k yellow gold.
The ring has an oval form, embellished with a textured floral design.
The center of the floriated design is ornamented with a feature 3.77Ct oval cabochon cut amethyst, bezel set in relief.
The multi-stranded, pierced decorated and shaped ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and amalgamate to form the plain, substantial ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the maker's mark 'PLS', the 9k gold fineness mark (0.275), the date letter for 1972 (r) and the London Assay Office hallmark (leopard's head).
This vintage yellow gold and amethyst ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
