A stunning, fine and impressive vintage 2.84 carat Thai ruby and 1.45 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow gold and 18 karat white gold set cocktail ring; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections.
This stunning, fine and impressive vintage ruby and diamond ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with an 18k white gold setting.
The substantial ring setting is ornamented with an impressive feature yellow gold millegrain decorated collet set 2.84ct cushion cut Thai ruby, displayed in relief to the centre of a stepped white gold mount.
The pierced decorated setting to the upper and lower portions of the principal ruby is embellished with four impressive pavé set Old European cut diamonds.
The lower portion of the stepped setting is ornamented to each side with four pavé set Old European cut diamonds in a vertical linear formation, completing the design.
The broad ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
This vintage Thai ruby and diamond ring is hallmarked to the interior surface of the shank with the18ct gold fineness mark 750.
This impressive vintage cocktail ring is supplied with a ruby report certificate from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory Limited, 43 Kirby Street, London*, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the ruby originating in Thailand and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heat treatment.
