Finely detailed vintage Art Deco elongated amethyst
diamond ring (circa 1920s to 1930s) crafted in 14 karat white gold.
Pear cut amethysts measure 10mm x 6mm (estimated at 1.25 carats each - 2.50 carats total estimated weight). Two diamonds total an estimated 0.02 carats (estimated at H-I color and SI2-I1 clarity). The amethysts show light surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).
The striking Art Deco era ring features an elongated design, with pear cut amethysts to both ends. The lacy filigree mount is a hallmark of Art Deco era jewelry. The ring has a low profile and rises 5mm from the finger (0.19 inches).
The ring is in good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
