About the Item
This vintage ring features a flat, oval lapis lazuli stone set in sterling silver. The stone has a deep blue color with subtle flecks of gold pyrite that give it a natural shimmer. The bezel setting is minimal, allowing the lapis lazuli’s surface to be fully visible and emphasized. A thick, polished silver band supports the setting, adding a solid, bold look to the design. The ring’s simple, clean lines highlight the beauty of the stone itself.

Bengt Liljedahl 1
Bengt Liljedahl graduated from the Higher Art Industrial School in Stockholm in 1953 and then studied at the L'École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1958. He established his mid-century silver studio in 1954, where he worked with the jewelry design and production of the silver corpus. Liljedahl is one of Sweden's foremost silversmiths and is represented at the National Museum in Stockholm.
