About the Item
Beautifully designed and masterfully handcrafted in ca. 1940 this fantastic retro ring is a piece of art on the finger. Rows of claw shaped elements crafted in polished 18 karat yellow gold dramatically dome upwards giving this ring a true three dimensional look. The center piece is a gorgeous perfectly cut step cut sapphire with an amazing brilliance and saturation of color. Either side of the gemstone is embellished by 6 bright white and sparkly round diamonds. The sapphire weighs 3.23 carats and is accompanied by a report from the GIA stating that the origin is Sri Lanka and that it is natural with no heat treatment or other kind of treatment. Ring size is 6.5 and can be sized.
