The size of the stone is roughly 8.5 X 5.7 which is almost equal to 1.20 ct approximately. Stone was not taken out to weigh , only measurements were used to find the weight of the stone.
There are 8 more brilliant cut diamonds in the ring.

Ring size is approximately 4.75 but can be altered to any size.
