About the Item
This stunning, fine and impressive diamond solitaire ring has been crafted in platinum.
The pierced decorated setting features a stunning eight-claw set vintage (circa 1940) 1.70 carat D-color transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond.
The elevated pierced decorated shoulders are embellished with six pavé set Old European cut diamonds, blending seamlessly with the plain ring shank.
The contemporary shank is hallmarked to the interior with the maker's mark (JMW), the platinum guarantee mark (orb), the platinum fineness mark 950, the London Assay Office hallmark (leopard's head), and the date letter for 2021 (W).
This vintage diamond solitaire is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report certificate for the feature stone, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
Such very high-grade vintage diamonds are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.

This solitaire engagement ring is excellent quality, set with a stunning, very high colour graded transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond displaying a fine white colour, brilliance and presence.

The stunning D colored diamond solitaire ring is an excellent gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks to the interior of the shank.

The pierced decorated setting displays a stunning feature 1.64 Ct transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond, held in relief within twelve claws.
The elevated subtly flared, shaped ring shoulders are integrated into the diamond setting and embellished with leaf ornamentation.
Either side of this central design is embellished with three Dutch cut diamonds.
The pierced decorated ring shoulders integrate with the hallmarked shank and join the plain ring shank at a subtle cuff design.
