For example, its proprietary diamond-setting technology involves setting a diamond at just two points. Taking over a year to make, the piece contains an enormous nautilus shell with 500,000 sapphires, 20,000 diamonds and one kilogram of gold. A hummingbird hovering over an orchid completes the sculpture, which also includes a manually wound clock housed within its base.
