About the Item
Ring in 18 karat yellow gold and platinum.
Called duchess ring, the top of this antique ring is composed of a pear-shaped blue sapphire accompanied by an antique brilliant-cut diamond on the opposite side. The whole on an asymmetrical openwork design, set with antique and rose-cut diamonds.
Weight of the sapphire : 2.20 carats approximately. Natural sapphire from the mines of Ceylon - Sri Lanka, unheated, untreated and certified by the French Gemmology Laboratory from Paris.
Height : 17,7 mm approximately, width : 11,7 mm, thickness : 6,7 mm approximately, width of the ring at the base : 1,4 mm.
Total weight of the jewel : 4 g approximately.
