An antique Edwardian era navette shape engagement ring is centered with an old marquise cut diamond (9.6 x 4.3 x 2.5 mm, approximately 0.60 ct, H color, VS1 clarity) framed by channel set calibre cut rubies (estimated total ruby weight 0.80 ct). The shoulders are embellished with old single cut diamonds.
Diamond and ruby top measures 16 x 9 mm (5/8 x 3/8 in.)
The ring is marked with a later Russian control mark from the 1930s for 583 gold standard (14K).
