About the Item
Here we have a delightful three-stone twist ring dating back to the early stages of the 20th century. This 18ct antique piece showcases three round faceted navy blue sapphires in a diagonal formation across the face with a duo of rose cut diamonds neatly nestled alongside for company. Intricately circulated pierced open work can be found above and below the face with the piece being finished with ribbed shoulders and an otherwise plain polished shank.
