About the Item
An Art Deco diamond, platinum, and yellow gold ring, comprising three transitional cut diamonds, set in platinum, to a band of 14 karat yellow gold.
This beautiful ring is set with 3 beautifully sparkling diamonds. The diamonds are transitional cut (between old European cut and round brilliant cut) and are bright, white, and sparkly, with good clarity and colour. The diamonds are held within platinum square shaped settings, with millegrain edging, accentuating their glorious sparkle. The gallery of the ring is adorned with elegant floral motifs, which take on a geometric styling. The architectural shoulders of the ring are stylishly engraved, which runs most of the way round the side of the ring, then tapers to a band of plain, polished yellow gold. The ring is in great condition. Wear and tear acquiescent with age.
The head of the ring measures 5mm high, and 14.5mm wide. The band measures 1.2mm wide at the back.
