Original Art Deco old cut diamond ring in platinum. Long vertical frame with a dome-shape shank that gives excellent coverage on the finger. Precise filigree and milgrain workmanship with 98 diamond pointers throughout the setting. This ring, in its entirety, is an authentic Art Deco-era piece with vintage origins. A very early 20th-century piece that is likely a transition between the Edwardian and Art Deco periods.
The center stone diamond is a warm 1.55-carat Old European cut. A gemstone with the quintessential characteristics of old-cutting. Open culet, large facets, and a noticeable human touch. Fit for a ring of this pedigree.
An ideal vintage diamond engagement ring or cocktail ring for seasoned collectors.
