About the Item
An Art Deco cabochon emerald and diamond ring, the central cabochon cut emerald estimated to weigh 1.1 carats accompanied by GCS Report stating that is of Colombian origin, flanked by two old brilliant-cut diamonds, surrounded by a row of small rose cut diamonds with a daylight in between estimated to weigh a total of 0.75 carats, all claw and millegrain set in a white gold mount with line engraved tapering shoulders, circa 1930, head measuring 1x1.8cm, finger size M, gross weight 3.5 grams.
This bold antique ring comes from the collection of Bentley
Skinner, Jewellers by Royal Appointment to His Majesty King Charles III. It features a central cabochon cut emerald in a bright parakeet green hue set in a geometrically designed ring with dazzling diamonds. The geometric design is typical of the Art Deco era when this piece was made, making it an excellent example of an early twentieth century ring.
This ring is in very good condition. Tested as 18ct gold shank with platinum head.
