About the Item
This fabulous five stone ring is made up of old cushion cut diamonds, which will have been hand cut into their characterful shapes. In the centre of the ring, the diamond weighs 0.65 carat and they graduate in size moving out. Adjacent either side are 0.50 carat stones and the ends each weigh 0.40 carat. This brings the total weight to 2.45 carat and they are a bright G in colour. The clarity is estimated as VS to SI, typical of the era, 1920s. Each collet holding a stone has been handcrafted from 18 carat white gold, whilst the band is made in platinum.
