About the Item
A bright and shining 5.4mm old European-cut diamond crowns a sparkling slightly domed Art Deco ring ornamented with eight old European-cut accent diamonds, intricately accentuated by delicate hand piercing and milgraining. The diamonds weigh approximately 1.13 - 1.17 carat total with H - I color grade and VS1 - I1 clarity grade. The I1 clarity is due to one of the diamonds flanking the center diamond has a minute chip near the girdle edge that has little effect on the diamond's sparkle. The shoulders of the ring have a light engraved detailing; the shank measures approximately 2.57mm at the shoulder tapering to 1.25mm at the base and rises approximately 1/4" off of the finger. It is a US finger size 6.5 and can be sized; however, we do not offer this service.
Circa 1920s, this ring is an Art Deco jewel, and one can only imagine the "speak easies" it may have attended!
