About the Item
An absolutely beautiful diamond and sapphire engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features a central, 1.03ct old European cut diamond, which rests within a smooth bezel setting. The diamond displays J color and SI1 clarity. The diamond is bordered on both sides by six square cut sapphire stones, which rest within a channel setting and display a lovely cornflower blue hue. The centerpiece of the ring is decorated with filigree work, and features an intricate scrolling motif cutout design. The top and bottom of the centerpiece feature small bead-set single cut diamonds, which further add to to the unique appeal of the piece. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A lovely and colorful ring, this piece would make a wonderful engagement ring or anniversary gift!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7, but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, diamond, or sapphires.
Resizing is available.
