About the Item
A simply stunning sapphire and diamond ring dating back to the early 20th century. The ring is crafted in platinum and features an antique emerald cut diamond that sits above or below a beautiful rich blue sapphire. The ring is finished with a carre cut diamond band that sits between the two larger stones. The sapphire is a perfect royal blue tone, of basaltic origin and unheated. The diamond is a rare antique emerald cut which would have been cut by hand before the 1930s.
This would make a fantastic alternative to the classic style engagement ring.
