About the Item
A stunning Art Deco style sapphire engagement ring! Made of platinum, this fabulous piece features an exquisite 1.50ct sapphire at the center. The sapphire rests within a crown-like prong setting and displays a magnificent rich blue shade. Lining the shoulders of the mounting are 6 sparkling diamonds, which are bead set and surrounded by delicate milgrained detail. These stones have a total approximate weight of 0.40ctw, with H-I range color and VS2-SI1 range clarity. Beautiful antique style engraving travels along the sides of the band, adding a lovely accent that completes the feminine design. This gorgeous design would make a spectacular gemstone engagement ring!
The ring has a finger size of a 5.25 but it could easily be re-sized. The sapphire rests approximately 1/4" above the finger when worn. The tapered band measures 2mm wide at the back.
