About the Item
This charming twist ring features a 0.40 carat, old cut sapphire at it’s centre, flanked by diamonds. The diamonds are eight cut stones, weighing 0.05 carat a piece and match in quality at G in colour and VS in clarity. Each gem has been illusion set into platinum, with elegantly curving band of 18 carat yellow gold completing the piece.
