About the Item
A fabulous Estate ram's head ring! This piece is crafted in 18k yellow gold, and has a 3-dimensional design. It depicts a stately ram, whose head rests prominently at the top, its body wrapping around to form the band. Luscious rubies line the top of the ram's neck, and are also used to depict the animal's eyes. Each stone resting individually in bezel settings. The richly colored stones add a wonderful pop of color to the design! The body of the ram is also decorated with striking blue enamel work, which beautifully contrasts the brilliant hue of the rubies. The inside of the shank is stamped "K18" and there is an additional illegible maker's mark. When worn, the ring makes a striking statement piece that is both luxurious and daring.
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6.5. Because of the unique design, resizing is not recommended. The ram's head rests approximately 1/2" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or 3-dimensional details. The rubies are securely set, and the enamel work is free any chips.
