Fancy deep brown-yellow diamond cluster ring. Set to centre with a round old cut natural unenhanced fancy deep brown-yellow diamond, SI1 clarity, with a weight of 2.27 carats in an open back claw setting, encircled by twelve cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.10 carats, to an impressive coronet cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to raised shoulders which flow through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, circa 1910, English, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #2231696845.
