About the Item
This is a wonderful 18ct yellow gold Georgian mourning ring. The face of the ring features a wonderful hair work urn which sits underneath a willow tree and is set on an ivory plaque. Surrounding the miniature is a black enamel border with the words "Mary Bilton OB 17 Apr 1777 AE 56" shorthand for her date of death, and her age.
Condition: Used (Good) - The enamel has a small chip at the top, apart from that the ring is in great condition for its age
