About the Item
This is a wonderful 15ct yellow gold mourning ring from the late Georgian era. The ring has been set with a central rectangular window that features a small locket of hair with a border of black and white enamel and the band splits into four. The inside of the ring has been hand engraved with the words 'Mary Blackmore OB 26th May 1807 AE 42'.
