About the Item
A gorgeous aqua and diamond halo ring from the Retro (ca1940s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and platinum, this ring features a central 1.66ct oval cut aqua stone, which is held within a 10-prong setting. The aqua displays a lovely pale blue hue, which wonderfully contrasts the yellow gold mounting. The aqua is surrounded by a halo of 10 old mine cut diamonds, which are prong-set, and have an approximate total carat weight of 1.8ctw. The diamonds display H/I color and VS1-SI1 clarity. The band of the ring is smooth and simple, and the inside of the band is stamped "14K". A radiant piece, this ring would make a great addition to any Retro-era jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring is a size 4.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.5mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting. All of the stones are intact and securely set.
