A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold and sterling silver, this ring features a central .85ct mine cut diamond. The diamond is held within a fabulous raised eight-prong setting. The tall gallery of the ring is adorned with intricate scrolling-motif engravings, which adds to the unique look of the ring. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A perfect example of Victorian-era craftsmanship, this ring would make a lovely engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a size 6.25, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 2.2mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or sterling silver settings, and the diamond is secure and intact.
