Vintage 1980s Ruby and Diamond Yellow Gold Twist Ring

An impressive antique 0.95 carat ruby and 0.83 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow and white gold twist ring; part of our diverse antique jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique ruby and diamond ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with an 18k white gold setting. The asymmetric, twist design displays a feature 0.95Ct oval mixed cut ruby, claw set in relief to the lower border of the design. The ruby is surrounded by eleven 18k yellow gold claw set Old European round cut diamonds. The 18k white gold twist design is embellished with a further twenty-one pavé set Old European round cut diamonds. The subtly elevated ring shoulders meet the main setting at a chevron design and meld seamlessly with the plain ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the mark for 18k gold (18CT). This antique gemstone cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
