Vintage Emerald and diamond ring.
Bicolore White and yellow gold 18 Karat ring set with a center oval shape Emerald of approximately 7.15 Carats (Certified Gemreport, a well-known Laboratory in Antwerp, Belgium) and 6 taper shape diamonds for a total of approximately 0.25 Carats ( estimated G/H color - some Vs and others si clarity).
The emerald has a very nice green color, it is probably Colombian. The stone is transparent, bright and lively.
The ring has a hallmark on the outside of the ring: the French eagle's head.
The ring has 2 hallmarks in the in inside of the ring: one of "750", which means it is a ring made of gold 18 Karat and another hallmark. Maybe from the craftsmen that made the ring.

When it comes to colored stones like sapphire and ruby, we go to Sri Lanka, source of colored stones.
We aim to have the stones sliced in color and intense.
When it comes to Antique jewelry: it is either kept as it is if it is in perfect condition or we change the stone(s) to give the jewelry more life. Sometimes it happens to change a piece of jewelry completely, such as making earrings from a brooch.
