The spectacular vintage ring is a heart shaped motif, featuring a heart shaped faceted, dark purple color amethyst center, approximately 8.08 CTS, prong set, and decorated with a halo of alternating large round brilliant cut diamonds and navy blue enamel, approximately 0.96 TCW. The ring is finished with inlaid blue enameled foliate and dot motif decorated shoulders.
