About the Item
14k yellow gold ring. This curious and unusual ring features a center checkerboard oval faceted, medium to light purple color amethyst, approximately 7.21 CTS, and mirrored on the underside by a matching checkerboard oval faceted, medium orange color citrine, approximately 7.15 CTS, which gives the illusion of orange flashed coming through the purple top of the amethyst. The amethyst is set with split prongs, and set with a bow decorated gallery, punctuated by round faceted, bezel set diamonds, which extend down the sides (prong set), for a total approximate diamond weight of 0.15 TCW.
