About the Item
This beautiful ruby ring was handmade by a multigenerational goldsmith outside Florence, Italy. The technique is known as Florentine engraving and has been practiced in Italy for over 600 years. This unique handiwork is synonymous with the Florentine style and a testimony to craftsmanship.
The ring is cast in 18-karat white gold. The center stone is a cushion-cut ruby measuring .79 carats. It is set in a warm yellow-gold bezel and accented by .90 carats of round, full-cut diamonds. The melee grade VS in clarity and F-G in color. The piece is a size 7.
