Circa 1883, 15k, Birmingham, England. I cannot think of a more charming or romantic sentiment than the one behind this acrostic antique jewel. The first letter of the names of the gemstones in the ring spell out "regard" ( Ruby, Emerald, Garnet, Amethyst, Ruby, and Diamond). Delightfully Victorian, the look is bright and cheerful. Excellent condition.
