Beautiful Antique Victorian 18K Gold Old Mine Diamond Ruby Sapphire Double Heart Ring. This incredible Victorian old mine diamond double heart ring is crafted in 18k yellow gold and silver top. This gorgeous ring features old mine cut diamonds set throughout the top of the ring with an old mine natural ruby and natural sapphire. The ring is in great condition with the ruby and sapphire having slight abrasions. This gorgeous ring sits low on the finger and a show stopper!
