About the Item
An Art Deco period sapphire, and diamond ring in platinum. Centered by a No Heat 2.50 carat antique cushion shaped old mine cut sapphire. Displaying a beautiful rich vivid blue color the sapphire sits secured by four polished platinum prongs. The handmade mounting features a ribbon motif accented by hand engraved detailing and pierced filigree work. Accenting the ring are six channel set French cut sapphires and eight pave set European cut diamonds. The G color VS2 clarity diamonds weigh a combined 0.16 carats.
In excellent condition, this ring is a size 7 1/2 US and is sizable. Ring measures 9mm across the top from north to south and tests as Platinum.
