An exquisite color change sapphire, weighing an impressive 13.86 carats, is the centerpiece of this revived Victorian ring. The sapphire, cut in an elegant oval shape, displays an exquisite over the top full color change going from a rich royal purple color to an intense traditional royal blue. You will be mesmerized holding the stone under different lighting types watching the stone magic change colors in an instant. Surrounding the central gem are old mine-cut diamonds, totaling 1 carat, which provide a striking white contrast. Crafted in 18k yellow gold in the late 19th century, the piece has been polished giving it new light and a sleek finish. Certified by the GIA as natural with no heat treatment.
