About the Item
A unique Harem ring from the the late Victorian (ca1900s) era! This unusual 18kt/Platinum piece features a harem design comprised of 3 stacked bands that are hinged together at the back. Each of the three bands holds seven stones which are Burmese Rubies (.70ctw), Mine Cut Diamonds (.70ctw) and Columbian Emeralds (.70ctw). The hinged design in the back allows the three bands to move while remaining perfectly stacked, making this ring a creative and unusual statement piece. The ring has a hallmark in the center of the hinge that is marked "B9004" and has two other French hallmarks on the outside of the Ruby band. This fashionable ring would make a one-of-a-kind addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6.25, but could be resized. The stacked centerpiece measures approximately 7/16" wide and rests 2mm above the finger when worn.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is good. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum/gold setting and the hinge is in great working condition.
