This classic Art Deco ring is hand constructed for a high school, likely back east in solid 10Kt Gold. The size is 10 1/4. The ring has a stylized date on the sides and is done with a black enamel inlay on the top with the letter W, which was clearly the high school, but I do not know more than that.
Nearly 25 years ago I purchased a collection of rings from an old jeweler that had been a manufacturer. There were nearly 100 rings in the collection and they were all done in 10Kt. gold. I put them in a box and lost track of them but recently found them and cleaned them up. Some of them were new, old stock. The superior craftsmanship is clearly evident, these rings are the ideal gift for anyone.
